I spent a few days shopping for my new sectional. Russ greeted us on our first trip in and was very helpful, even giving us his phone number to text additional questions (which we did). When we went back to make our purchase, we were greeted by someone else but happily redirected back to Russ who was an absolute pleasure to work with. No pressure or trying to upsell. Can't wait for my delivery!

We walked in and were immediately greeted by Reid. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us what was available. From start to finish everything went well with my purchase of furniture at the Ashley Store in Redding. Your salesman, Ashton Kingstrom, was very helpful in choosing what would work in my apartment. Later, there was a problem with one piece of furniture that was not delivered. After a visit with the store, I was kindly helped and the situation was resolved. I am very pleased.
